(68 - 8) x 1 can be rewritten as: 60 x 1.
- (68 - 8) is 60, so the problem becomes 60 x 1.
(17 + 10) - (10 + 10) can be rewritten as: 27 - 20.
- (17 + 10) is 27, and (10 + 10) is 20, so the problem becomes 27 - 20.
55 + (20 - 5) can be rewritten as: 55 + 15.
- (20 - 5) is 15, so the problem becomes 55 + 15.
